Visconti Homo Sapiens Fountain Pens

We’re very happy to announce that we are now an authorized retailer of Visconti fountain pens and nibs, hand-produced at the Visconti workshop in Florence, Italy. Our first shipment is already on its way to us and will be arriving next week. 

Visconti’s in-house nibs make an excellent starting point for our customizations – the Broad and 1.3 mm Stub nibs are highly suitable for customizations such as Cursive Italic and Architects Point. We are also able to offer Visconti 14k nibs, which can be given our modifications for added Flex.

Visconti pens are known for their unique and beautiful appearance. Our complimentary nib tuning with your purchase helps ensure that your pen will have writing performance equal to its memorable design.

We are starting with a selection of pens from the iconic Homo Sapiens series, including remarkable writing instruments incorporating specially treated basaltic lava from the slopes of Mt. Etna into the cap and barrel. 

We will be expanding into other Visconti models and series in the coming months – in the meantime, if you’re interested in a Visconti pen you don’t yet see included in our listings, just contact us and we’ll be happy to prioritize special ordering it for you.
