As of January 2026, we are once again open for submissions – turnaround times on service orders are currently at three weeks or less.
Nib tuning and nib customizations on new and pre-owned pens and nibs purchased from us is always done in one to five business days. Pens and nibs purchased from us also receive priority if returned for additional services after the initial purchase.
