As of April 21st 2026, we are at capacity and not able to provide service on pens and nibs not purchased from us. Only use the form below if the pen or nib was purchased from us, or you received other prior authorization from us.
Nib tuning and nib customizations on new and pre-owned pens and nibs purchased from us is always done in one to five business days. Pens and nibs purchased from us also receive priority if returned for additional services after the initial purchase.
