Many vintage pens made from ebonite remain in regular use a hundred years or more after being originally produced, a testament to the material’s longevity.

The Nalu also features a 14k gold nib produced by Bock, the noted German manufacturer whose nibs are trusted by numerous top-tier European pen makers. This nib also serves as an excellent platform for our custom modifications, such as Architects Point, Stub, Cursive Italic, and Flex.

Equipped with a cartridge-converter filling system, the Nalu supports both short and long standard international cartridges,  as well as standard converters. Each Nalu purchased through us comes complete with a Pelikan converter and one Pelikan ink cartridge, so you’re ready to write straight away.
