Description

The Platinum 3776 Century Mountain Mist is a study in translucent blue and gray. The mountain mist of the name is inspired both by Mt. Fuji in Japan, where Platinum Pens has been in business for over a hundred years, and also by the Blue Ridge Mountains in North Carolina, where Platinum’s longtime U.S. distributor is located.

The specially inscribed nib is available in just three tipping sizes, Fine, Medium. and Broad. While this is less than the seven nibs normally made available in the Platinum Century series, our regrinds and customizations can help fill in the gaps.

Choose the Broad nib for best results with customizations such as Architects Point, Cursive Italic, and Stub. And while there isn’t a Fine Soft nib available for this pen, you can choose the Fine nib with our customization for added Flex for a similar end result. And if the Platinum Fine isn’t Fine enough for you, you can choose our regrinds to Extra Fine or Needlepoint.

Whether you choose any customization or not, our free sees to it that your pen is writing properly, with ink flow and optimum pressure adjusted to your own personal writing preferences.

The Platinum 3776 Century Mountain Mist utilizes a cartridge-converter filling system – the pen can use convenient disposable Platinum brand ink cartridges, and can also be filled with any bottled fountain pen ink by using the provided reusable converter.
