The Iroshizuku inks use traditional Japanese colors which take their inspiration from the natural world. Centuries of art, philosophy, religion, and science are reflected in these poetically-named hues.

Available colors are Ama-iro Sky Blue, Asa-gao Morning Glory, Fuyu-syogun Rigor of Winter, Kon-peki Deep Blue, Ku-jaku Peacock, Momiji Autumn Leaves, Murasaki Shikibu Japanese Beautyberry, Shin-kai Deep Sea, Shin-ryoku Forest Green, Take-sumi Bamboo Coal, Tsuki-yo Moonlight, and Yama-budo Crimson Glory Vine.
