Description
The Pelikan Souverän M1000 Black Blue fountain pen introduces an exciting new color combination into this flagship model. This is a pen that exudes classic styling and a sense of history. It is also a writing instrument that makes a powerful statement when signing a contract or letter.
It is a superb pen for everyday use, a pen you can use for years and decades to come. Oversized but designed with a keen eye for ergonomic ease, this is a pen for someone who wants size and heft in a writing instrument.
Pelikan revolutionized the fountain pen world with the introduction of its differential piston-fill system in the late 1920’s. Nearly a hundred years later, subtle refinements in engineering and material make this system even more reliable and impressive. With its generous ink capacity, the M1000 utilizes this system to the utmost.
Pelikan 18k solid gold nib units are extremely well-suited to our noted nib customizations. We recommend a Broad or Medium nib for the most distinctive results with customizations such as Stub, Cursive Italic, and Architects Point. And if the Pelikan Extra Fine is not fine enough for you, regrinds to Needlepoint are also available from us.
