Description
Available in Extra Fine, Fine, Medium, and Broad, Pelikan M1000 nib units are easily switched in and out of your pen at home. As a result, you can easily switch nibs between different M1000 pens, or have multiple nibs for a single M1000 pen.
You might, for instance, have a tuned but un-customized Extra Fine or Fine nib unit you use for daily writing. But as a dramatic signature pen, or for calligraphy and journaling, you might have a Medium or Broad with a Cursive Italic or Architects Point customization.
M1000 nib units are among the largest in size produced by any of the European fountain pen manufacturers. As a result, these nibs have a natural springiness familiar to Pelikan users. Hanover-based Pelikan has always prided itself on the uniqueness and quality of its solid gold nibs.
