Following below are our current rates for nib services, whether on a pen or nib purchased from us, or on a customer’s existing pen or nib when we are able to accept this work.
Please consult the Service Request Form page to see if we are currently accepting work on your existing pens and nibs. If we are, you must fill out the Service Request Form provided and approve your preliminary invoice before sending your pen or nib to us. We are not responsible for any pen or nib sent to us without prior approval.
Please note that each pen or nib sent to us for service will be charged a $35 handling and assessment fee in addition to the nib services fee listed below. This fee will be waived on any pen or nib originally purchased from PacificPenWorks. Return shipping charges also apply to all service orders.

Please note that we only provide nib tuning, customization, and repair services, and do not offer general pen repair services relating to issues with parts, filling mechanisms, or the pen body.
This especially applies to issues involving leaking, which are usually outside the scope of the work our nib specialists do. For leaking issues, we recommend contacting the original manufacturer or a company that specializes in restoring pre-owned and vintage fountain pens.
