Parker Sonnet 18K Fine two-tone nib unit

This Parker Sonnet Fine nib units is in Mint condition, having never been used. It is 18K solid gold with a two-tone rhodium mask. It is easy to instal in Sonnet sections as it simply screw in using the threads at the end. The feed is designed to accommodate the specific amount of ink that this nib demands. First introduced in 1994, the Parker Sonnet fountain pen has gone through various iterations and today is mostly found with steel nibs. This nib is from the early solid gold models and still fits into all the later pens. It is semi-flexible and shows line width variation depending on the amount of pressure applied in writing. Some consider the Parker Sonnet one of the most underrated of fountain pens.
