Pelikan M800 nib units in 18k gold are provided as a complete solid unit with housing and feed – the entire nib unit easily screws in and out of your pen. The broader nibs such as Extra Broad and Italic Broad are also a terrific choice for regrind-based customizations such Cursive Italic and Architects Point.
Description
Available in Extra Fine, Fine, Medium, Broad, Extra Broad, and Italic Broad, Pelikan M800 nib units are easily switched in and out of your pen at home. As a result, you can easily switch nibs between different M800 pens, or have multiple nibs for a single M800 pen.
You might, for instance, have a tuned but un-customized Extra Fine or Fine nib unit you use for daily writing. But as a dramatic signature pen, or for calligraphy and journaling, you might have an Extra Broad or Italic Broad with a Cursive Italic or Architects Point customization.
