Description
The chasing on the hard rubber barrel and cap as well as the engraving on the barrel bands are sharp and unworn, showing no wear and in the case of the bands they show no brassing at all. This is an eyedropper filled pen (fillable using a syringe) which holds a huge supply of ink, more than 2.5 ml.
This particular pen came from the inventory of a long-shuttered San Francisco pen store and was set aside unused for many years until coming to the collection of nib specialist John Mottishaw in the early 1990’s.  When filled with water to see the ink capacity it shows no ink residue – this pen has rarely (if ever) been inked. This highly collectible Waterman’s 12 POC fountain pen is in Near Mint condition.
