Available from us in nib sizes ranging from Super Extra Fine to Double Broad, the Platinum 3776 Century Version 2.0 Demonstrator Limited Edition fountain pen can suit any writing need. When fitted with the Fine Soft nib, it is one of the best choices available for our noted Super-Fine Super-Flex customization.
Among the innovations on display in the Version 2.0 Demonstrator are a new imprint design on the Fine, Medium, and Broad nibs. Platinum has also made changes to its much publicized “Slip and Seal” system, which provides an airtight seal to conserve ink freshness.
Other changes include a more transparent barrel, an enhanced air tight rear section, a redesigned grip section, and a streamlined cap section which includes the limited edition number.
The 3776 employs a cartridge-converter filling system – the pen can use convenient disposable Platinum brand ink cartridges, and can also be filled with any bottled fountain pen ink by using the provided reusable converter.
Our free nib tuning sees to it that your pen is writing properly and tuned to the specifications you provide. Our optional nib customizations can add uniqueness and calligraphic styling to the writing you produce on the page.
Broader nibs are best for regrind customizations such as Architects Point, Stub, and Cursive Italic, while finer nibs are most appropriate for the Flex customization.
Each pen ships in a special presentation box which includes instructions, the converter, and a starter ink cartridge. PacificPenWorks is an authorized retailer of all Platinum products, and all new pens are acquired directly from the distributor.
