Description
The third release in the Fuji-Unkei series inspired by the cloudswept vistas surrounding Mt. Fuji, the Platinum 3776 Century Kinu-Gumo Limited Edition takes its particular inspiration from delicate silk-like cirrus clouds. Guilloche and V-blade engraving expresses the shape of shifting cloud patterns on the translucent barrel.
Being produced in just 2500 numbered pieces worldwide, the Kinu-Gumo ships in a specially-themed presentation box which includes a 20 ml bottle of specially formulated Nishiki-Oru-Fuji ink. This ink, inspired by the fall foliage in the hills surrounding Mt. Fuji, has a reddish-gold to vermilion color which can vary depending on the lighting angle and paper used. Also included is a Platinum ink converter and a starter ink cartridge.
The Platinum 3776 Century Kinu-Gumo Limited Edition fountain pen is made available by us in nib sizes ranging from Super Extra Fine to Double Broad – depending on the nib you choose, this is a pen that can be suitable for any writing need you may have. When fitted with the Fine Soft nib, it is one of the best choices available for our noted Super-Fine Super-Flex customization.
Our free nib tuning sees to it that your pen is writing properly and tuned to the specifications you provide. Our optional nib customizations can add uniqueness and calligraphic styling to the writing you produce on the page.
Broader nibs are best for regrind customizations such as Architects Point and Stub, while finer nibs are most appropriate for the Flex customization.
