This Pelikan M1000 Custom Flexible Extra Extra Fine nib unit started as a Medium and was customized here to a super-extra fine flexible nib. This involved two processes — refining the point to a needlepoint and increasing flexibility. This nib is not recommended for those who want a casual writing instrument, as it requires control and tolerance for feedback.
