Shipping

We ship domestically using USPS and UPS, and internationally using USPS and DHL. We are able to offer both standard and express services.

You will be able to choose your preferred shipping method during checkout. If the carrier you choose is not able to provide service at usual rates to your area, we will contact you to arrange an alternative shipping method.

Insurance

All shipments are sent to you fully insured. Signature confirmation is required for orders over $200. If you ask to waive signature confirmation, our insurance coverage is limited to $100 and you will be responsible for any loss or damage over that amount.

Free Shipping On Domestic Orders Over $200

We offer free shipping on orders over $200 shipping within the United States. This applies to purchases only and not to service orders. We are able to offer your choice of either UPS Ground or USPS Priority for this free service. We normally recommend UPS due to their superior tracking.

Free Shipping On International Orders Over $750

We offer free shipping via USPS International on orders over $750. We are not able to offer free shipping on international orders if USPS does not provide shipping at usual rates to your country.

International Customers Are Responsible For Any Customs Fees Or Taxes

We have no control or information over any customs fees or taxes you may be charged by your own country. All customs fees and taxes are the customer’s responsibility.

Any order returned to us because the customer has not paid customs fees or taxes will be subject to a twenty percent restocking fee as well as the cost of shipping.
