Parker Striped Duofold Junior
In stock
In 1940 Parker reintroduced the Duofold name with the Striped models. Measuring 4 5/8” capped, this one was made in the third quarter of 1940 as per barrel imprint and is the Major model, not the Senior, with double end tassels and a wide cap band. Both the fine gold nib and the pen itself are in excellent + condition.
Description
This Vacumatic filled pen employs the metal Speedline filler button, used in the first models. The high quality and stable striped celluloid in green, brown, and black is semi-transparent so one can see how much ink is left in the pen. Notice that it is clear now showing that this pen has been completely restored inside and out. This is a great example of the Parker Striped Duofold from the Mottishaw collection.
